Chandler Rapson

Chandler Rapson is CEO/Chairman of Rainmaker Capital Funding and a Managing Director at Oberon Securities where he focuses his vast healthcare and insurance expertise in the healthcare services and technology space. At Oberon, Chandler works with healthcare entrepreneurs to raise growth capital and explore strategic mergers and acquisitions. Over the last twenty years he has successfully led large healthcare organizations and has worked extensively with Medicaid and Medicare, provider service networks and the Agency for Healthcare Administration. Prior to joining Oberon and helping found Rainmaker and Star Capital Partners, he was president of MedSave USA, and president and CEO of its sister company, First Service Administrators, which became the fastest mid-market TPA in the eastern United States. He also served as executive Vice President of Operations and Implementations at Ingenix (CareMedic Division), and as an equity owner and EVP of Operations and Business Development for HealthPlan Services. 
Chandler was a Captain in the U.S. Army and earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Tulane University and a MBA from University of Maryland & Monmouth Universities.

Renee Farmer

Renee Farmer is co-founder of Rainmaker Capital Partners and Managing Director at Oberon Securities, where she draws upon over 20 years of investment management and business/real estate development experience. At Oberon, Renee focuses on facilitating funding/investing sources for growth companies and also provides businesses with goal-specific strategic solutions including exploring mergers and acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Oberon, Renee created Rainmaker with the goal of bringing more innovative, world-changing businesses to the marketplace. Her focus is on helping healthcare entrepreneurs grow their businesses through new sales channels and new client relationships. Renee has been a vice president in investment management for Goldman Sachs and an Executive General Manager at Westfield Group. Renee is the Vice Chairperson for the Forty Carrots Family Center Board of Trustees in Sarasota, and she is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Kidbacker Foundation for Education as well as the University of South Florida’s Center of Entrepreneurship. 

Renee achieved her International Executive MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Dennis Mihale, MD

Dr. Mihale is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of healthcare, clinical, managed care and healthcare technology experience. His passion is working with physicians to improve patient engagement and performance outcomes through technology. He has benefited from a unique background which includes executive roles at IBM and McKesson, building two HMO’s and several healthcare technology companies, mobile computing expertise, biomedical research with NASA and IBM, his clinical experience as an ER physician and his analytic background courtesy of his Aerospace Engineering education. He served as a research fellow at the IBM Watson Research Center and a National Science Foundation Fellow at SUNY at Buffalo.  Dr. Mihale is currently the Chief Medical Officer of CareSync, CEO and CMO the Chelsea Management Group, an Assistant Professor at the USF College of Medicine and a Major in the US Army Reserve Medical Corps. He has consulted with over 1,000 providers in matters ranging from credentialing, quality of care, coding and billing, medical necessity and improving care to members. He has served as Chief Medical Officer or Medical Director for 15 healthcare technology, mobile computing, biomedical or health plan companies.
